Design
A card from Luxord's The Emperor deck has the vague shape of an hourglass with spiked corners and a semi-circle cut taken out of the long sides. The Emperor is one of twenty-two cards that make up a Tarot deck's Major Arcana. It is numbered IV (4).
Gameplay
The Emperor's ground combo starts with large versions of the cards protruding from the ground around Luxord, followed by throwing a line of cards forwards then flipping them over, and ends with two wide sprays of cards forwards.
