:I'm still confused on why it's considered a glitch. From the description, it sounds like it's exploiting the as-built AI, same as using Cartwheel in KHBBS as an invincibility shield.{{User:KrytenKoro/Sig}} 22:23, 24 February 2015 (UTC) | :I'm still confused on why it's considered a glitch. Because the Lingering Will is supposed to react after three finishers, but if you use that trick, he doesn't. I'm not sure why this is, though. I just feel that it isn't necessary to put in the strategy section. {{User:Master Riku the Bloody/Sig1}} 22:26, 24 February 2015 (UTC) | Because the Lingering Will is supposed to react after three finishers, but if you use that trick, he doesn't. ::Okay, but where are you getting that he's "supposed to react after three finishers"? I can rip LW apart quickly and without taking damage simply by using Comet and a few Ethers, and I can exploit Berserk Charge to make a joke of most of the Mushroom XIII -- but these are strategies the Ultimania even points out as recommended. This kind of AI exploitation is also common in similar games like DMC, with cancelling, and is even on record as a purposefully included mechanic that is simply not explained or mentioned within the game. Beyond it being too easy, what makes it seem to be a glitch to you? Does the game freeze, or produce any visual clashes? For comparison, we cover [[Vanitas Remnant|tricking the AI by hiding behind a rock]], as well.{{User:KrytenKoro/Sig}} 23:57, 24 February 2015 (UTC) |
