Pulsing Thunder (パルスサンダー Parusu Sandā, lit. "Pulse Thunder") is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts II. It allows the user to release electricity to attack nearby enemies.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts II, Pulsing Thunder is an action ability exclusive to Tron. It costs 2 AP to equip and 10 MP to use. It deals Thunder-type damage.
