The piece opens with a slower version of "[[Hand in Hand]]," and transitions into a more ominious, mysterious section used as the background noise as [[Marluxia]] lures [[Sora]] to [[Castle Oblivion]]. The third section is a variation of "[[Naminé (track)|Naminé's Theme]]," briefly shown and heard as [[Naminé]] is shown sketching. The fourth section interrupts the previous theme, using a driving eighth note pattern from the strings, piano, and harp alongside choir-ahs that slowly crescendo into the climax of the section, announcing the trio's arrival at Castle Oblivion. | |||

"Memories in Pieces" is a musical theme composed by Yoko Shimomura that appears in Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories.
