We were trying to keep a record of all the deletions the last time we started this but that slowly stopped. Also, this cannot be stressed enough, make sure all articles linking to an image are taken care of before any deletions are made.

That way, when people are signing up for the projects, they can decide based on their ability to do the tasks related to the project.
