Poison Block (ポイズンガード Poizun Gādo, lit. "Poison Guard") is an ability that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Poison Block is a Defense command that allows the user to block attacks head-on and poison enemies if successful. It has a maximum level of 3.
In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Poison Block is a stats ability that fully protects the user from poison status. It can be equipped once.

Recipes
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
Poison Block is a Defense Command that can be melded through two different recipes, listed in the Block Recipe.
- The first recipe can be melded by Terra and Ventus, and is a type P recipe that has a 20% chance of transforming into Bio Barrage when Terra or Ventus melds it.
- The second recipe can be melded by Terra and Ventus, and is a type H recipe that has a 20% chance of transforming into Bio Barrage when Terra or Ventus melds it.
- Poison Edge (LV3) + Block (LV1)
