I've just seen the trailer of Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD ReMIX. It looks pretty awesome. Better graphics, text-based cutscenes converted into voice-overs, final mix stuff. Man, it's going to be a great remix. So far, Kingdom Hearts 1, Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days have been confirmed. I hope it is the whole series and not just those three games. Kingdom Hearts II, Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep, Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance should be remixed too. If they can't fit on the same disk, it could be a boxset, or multiple disk blu-ray. Also it needs an international release, or at least the option to hear the cutscenes in English. The Absent Silhouettes need their english voices from Re:Chain of Memories. And maybe Xion could get her own card in Re:Com. SeanWheeler (talk) 21:15, 30 September 2012 (UTC)

But chances of an English version of the remaster is still possible. And no; Tarzan made no appearances in the dreams in KHII. Hopefully, they will cut out Deep Jungle from the remaster and render it non-canon; I so believe that they should have never added it in the first place if they know how greedy ERB's estate is.

Strange. I remember Deep Jungle footage in Roxas' dreams. It's not in the Re:Chain of Memories opening either. But it's definitely in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix right? It has been a long time since I've played the prologue, and I did watch Roxas' dreams yesterday on youtube and couldn't find footage of Deep Jungle, even though I could have sworn there was a scene from Deep Jungle. But Deep Jungle was important to the story. The introduction of Gummi Blocks, the relationship between Sora and Donald, what are they going to replace it with? They better not retcon Deep Jungle. I actually support the retcon to insure that it's canon days are over. And besides, Sora and Donald were arguing before the events of that dang level, and there was a Gummi Block in Wonderland, as well. Say SW, are you a fan of Deep Jungle? If so, maybe you should try to raise a fund with other fans of that world to convince ERB to allow Deep Jungle to return. (But since they're sooo greedy, it'll take more than £10,000,000,000 to convince them, otherwise. Good luck raising all that...)

Just because that world won't appear again in the series, it doesn't mean the events that happened in that world doesn't mean anything. Imagine Enchanted Dominion is stated never to appear in the series again for whatever reason. That doesn't mean that world should be ignored. If the HD series does have a different world, replacing Deep Jungle, then that's another matter but at the moment everything that happened in Deep Jubgle is canon to the series.

I think you're taking this a bit too far, Uxie. They aren't going to retcon Deep Jungle out, no matter how much you want them to. I can almost assure you that DJ will appear in 1.5, and that it will never be removed from Kingdom Hearts canon. Heck, I actually like the world. LightRoxas 19:54, 3 October 2012 (UTC)

I have no idea why all you people are being so OC about Deep Jungle, as I'm pretty sure Square still has the right to Deep Jungle, they don't have the right to put it in future games, but this is just a HD remake of the first game, for which, I'm pretty sure, Square still has the rights to, as it is still technically KH1. Fifteenth, that's the case when a game releases in Japan, and obviously there is a chance for it to come to other shores... and the fact that there is a chance they wouldn't bring it to other shores displays a lot about their intelligence. Went to Kotaku, and they posted an article about it, which shows Jesse's message to all of the fans out there. That being said, SE haven't announced a release date for it in NA, but I figured I should post the info here. One actor confirmed for the game. ;)

And, according to Alyson Stoner's main wesbite, it looks like she hinting that she might be reprising her role as Xion, too. Nothing confirmed yet, but I'm happy that the voice actors are recording the game now. UxieLover1994 posted a video on the game's article's talk page showing Jesse recording grunts for Roxas. The cutscenes are looking really cool!
