Talk bubble thingies

We all win that way. — TheFifteenthMember 18:15, 31 December 2012 (UTC) Well, there is a tutorial about how to make a talk bubble here however it is hosted on another Wiki so get the instructions from that tutorial but DO the instructions on this wiki, if that makes sense to you. If you get stuck, I can help you.

Sorry for not telling you that before.
