Once you land on the World, a cutscene will play showing Jafar and Maleficent discussing about the Keyhole of the World, Iago flies down and informs them that the princess is nowhere to be found, Jafar could care less about the princess and more so of the Keyhole, but Maleficent reminds him of her importance and so he calls to the Heartless to find Jasmine, but she's actually hiding behind one of the stalls. You'll be back in control now however already Heartless are attacking you, defeat them. Head into the small door that leads to the Storage and break the barrel to open the chest, containing a Mega-Potion. Exit back to the Plaza and there'll be a chest to your right containing another Mega-Potion, go all the way to the left, jump up and open the chest there, it'll have a Mega-Ether. Jump down and head to the Main Street and take the steps to the right and climb the pole to Aladdin's House, open the chest on the steps to get Dalmatians 38, 37 and 39, then help the Carpet out. After the Carpet flies off, go to the moveable stack of drawers and move it and interact with the Keyhole, it'll unlock one of the doors across Agrabah. There is also another chest that contains a Megalixir. Now head down through the front exit into the Plaza and head to the Alley.
Now you'll be introduced to Jasmine, she'll tell you about what happened prior to your arrival in this World but Jafar ends this conversation prematurely and Jasmine runs away with Jafar leaving you to battle a number of Heartless. After you've defeated them all, climb up the stack of boxes and open the chest to get a Mega-Potion, also use the Keyhole to the right. Head to the Main Street through the new exit and jump along the awnings and get to the chest on a lower platform, you'll get Mega-Ether. Head to the Plaza and exit to the Desert, the Carpet will be there to take you further.
You'll find a man, Aladdin, trapped in the sand. Clear out the Heartless, Aladdin will call for the Genie to help the party take care of the Heartless. Then you'll be formally introduced to the Genie in a cutscene. After the cutscene you now have the choice to add Aladdin into your party. You'll be back at the Plaza so climb back up the stack of boxes and jump between the awnings to the exit leading to the Alley. Jump across to the exit leading to the Main Street and then from there jump across the awnings to the Bazaar exit. In this area there's a Blue Trinity on the lower floor, as well as a Keyhole and some chests, one of which will give you a Shell-G and another which will give you a Fira Ring, head back to the Main Street and go through the new exit to the Palace Gates. Drop down and to the other side there'll be a chest with a Protera Chain inside. After all this scavenging, head to Aladdin's House for a cutscene. And then head back to the Palace Gates again for another cutscene... and a boss.

It's main attacks will be to call upon more Pot Spiders and use its antennae to attack you. Dodge its antennae while striking its head and get out of the way while it moves to other spots as it is quite damaging during this phase. Use Cure to heal yourself and keep striking it with the Keyblade. |
After defeating the Pot Centipede, head back towards the Cave of Wonders, where you'll find yourself in another boss battle.

One of Jafar's traps in insure you will not be able to reach Jasmine and save this world. Take out the eyes, then enter through the mouth. |
You'll now find yourself wondering the inside of the cave. There are some water tunnels along this path. Some treasures require Aladdin in the party, as only Abu can activate them. A Torn Page can be found in the Dark Chamber. Collect it if you want to get 100%, as it is required to complete 100 Acre Wood.
Soon, you'll reach the Chamber with the Keyhole, and Sora will encounter Maleficent for the first time. The evil fairy will then take her leave, and Jafar will reveal that Jasmine is a Princess of Heart. You'll then find yourself in a battle with Jafar and a reluctent Genie.

Jafar has ordered Genie to attack the party as part of his second wish. As Genie is very loyal to Aladdin, he will fight with great reluctance. Sometimes, Genie will drop orbs to help his friends out:

After defeating Jafar, a hole will appear on the ground. Jump down for another battle with Genie Jafar and Iago.

Jafar used his final wish to become an all-powerful genie, which resulted in him becoming, well, this. He can only be harmed if his lamp is attacked, which is in the hands of Iago. Watch out for the molten rocks that Jafar might throw every now and then. |

When Jafar became a genie, he send his parrot spy, Iago, to protect his lamp and to ensure that nobody attacked it. Iago will fly around the battlefield with he lamp. Focus on attacking Iago as Genie Jafar is impervious to any kind of attack. |

Jafar is then sealed inside his lamp, taking Iago with him. However, somebody has kidnapped Jasmine. You must now escape the Cave of Wonders. After that, Aladdin will leave the party, and the Cave of Wonders will be closed. Genie then becomes a summonable character for Sora. After exiting Agrabah, two pathways become unlocked, but both are guaded by Monstro. After completing that world, you'll be taken back to Agrabah, but it's optinal to re-enter.
There are some stuff that you'll need certain skills for, so come back later for the Trinity Push, some treasure chests and an optinal boss. Upon returning after leaving, Aladdin will rejoin the party and the Cave of Wonders is unlocked again.
Optinal Boss
This boss can be fought after defeating Behemoth on Hollow Bastion. You need to talk to the magic Carpet to reach it.

A superboss found in the desert outside of Agrabah. It can summon a barrier that protects it from harm. Keep hitting the barrier to remove it so you can damage Kurt Zisa. It also flies around the battlefield, making it difficult to hit it with physical attacks. |
