An evaluation of possible SEIWA wikis, based on the following standards (if one is failed in the chain, they are disqualified):

• Activity within the last 5 days, greater than 50 edits.
  • Maximum of 49% stub articles in the mainspace, of which only <50% are one liners (so ~25% one line stubs total)
    • At least 75 images of value and purpose
      • At least three active members, with at least two being admins (one beauracrat is essential)
        • Wishes to join SEIWA
