Here's an analogy to help the small-minded and children: 3DS is to DS/DSi/DSlite as GBA is to GBC. The games will be exclusive to the 3DS and it's predecessors will not be forward compatible. The problem isn't really the 3D aspect of it so much as the extra controls (analog) and the extensively improved graphics. Anyways, onto what I really came here for. This would also explain why in KH1 Sora says "another weird dream" (probs completely miss quoted but it was something like that) emphasis on the another. | So I was thinking, the reason why Sora and Riku are both dressed in their original clothes, I think is because maybe they are inside a computer? Like to take the exam, Yen sid and Mickey places them inside. And maybe it's like placed somewhere so they can go inside and look around to find Ven, Aqua and Terra. But this is just like a thought, but it's the most reasonable idea I could think of why they are dressed in their normal clothes.

| Why would Sora (and to some extent Riku though he is more believable) even have to take the Mark of Mastery Exam? He has saved the universe twice already and the keyblade chose him. This is like saying Luke Skywalker still needs to run and pass the Jedi Trails to become a Jedi. He is the only one left, he saved the galaxy, and he was trained by THE Jedi Master (Yoda).

| Probably because Sora and Riku are NOT the last Keyblade wielders, and perhaps because being a Keyblade Master affords a Keyblade wielder certain rights, abilities, benefits, etc. that were previously unavailable to him or her. Being a Jedi is as simple as being able to use a lightsaber, The Force, and understanding the fundamentals of the light side of The Force and the way of the Jedi. Also, a Keyblade Master has not ever instructed them to take the exam, and if King Mickey is any support, the process only needs a Keyblade wielder to begin the exam, and a Keyblade Master to approve of the wielder's success. | those fans were just screwed-up nutjobs who had nothing better to do then bitch about something they didn't understand, when SE bought out FFXIII in japan for the X360, the fans felt betrayed because they wasted their allowance on getting a PS3 just so they can play FFXIII, this lead to deaths threats towards SE CEO, you've got to give the guy a break, if he said that the game is PS3 exclusive, then releases it for the X360(heres an idea, it wasn't lying, PLANS CHANGE). the reason why SE doesn't just release the KH series on solely one system is so they can expand the range of consoles to sell them (example: kingdom hearts is released on PS2, what if you only had a DS? they release KH:358/2 Days on the DS so that those people don't get left out, sure they missed out on the original story but at least they can still have fun with it), as for releasing the recent games on handhelds(PSP,DS) they wanted to bring in multiplayer gameplay which was easy with the handheld's wireless connectivity. MY POINT IS...that if you want more sales, you need to widen your range of customers, which there are a lot of. sony customers, microsoft customers and nintendo customers. (i'm only saying this because i've studied how businesses work, in order to be a successful business, you HAVE to be make a profit, otherwise your business is OVER) they probably needed to make a new game with the 3DS, and don't be surprised if they make one for the NGP(PSP2) thats how businesses work. | I know it's too early to tell, but I have this hunch that Dream Drop Distance could be based on Sora and Riku's memories. And this could also explain the reason why Sora and Riku are in their KH outfits. | Nomura stated that the Disney worlds, aside from Traverse Town, would all be new. Plus, Xemnas and Ansem seem to appear in the game, and in Traverse Town.
