Bureaucrats cannot desysop an administrator; only Wikia staff members can do that.  To reach one, look on Central Wikia's [[w:Special:Listusers/staff|staff list]] and contact one or get on Wikia's IRC channel (irc.freenode.net #wikia).  Desysopping will not occur without a valid reason.
