An Item Card is a card that only can be used once in a battle. They are mainly used to quickly reload cards. They are found in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories

 Potion Quickly reloads attack cards with no charge time required. It does not work on cards that cannot be reloaded.

 Ether Quickly reloads attack cards with no charge time required. It does not work on cards that cannot be reloaded.
File:Elixir.gif
 Elixir Quickly reloads attack cards and magic cards, including normally unreloadable cards.
File:Hi-Potion Card.png
 Hi-Potion Quickly reloads attack cards with no charge time required. Even normally unreloadable cards are restored.

 Mega-Potion Quickly reloads attack cards with no charge time required and resets the reload counter. Even normally unreloadable cards are restored.
