:Jiminy's Journal refers to the Organization member that delivers the card tutorials, etc. as the Enigmatic Man. He's Marluxia, of course, but I don't think the journal ever updates to reflect that (which actually makes more sense than the alternative, since I'm pretty sure Sora and gang never got actual proof of who the Enigmatic Man was).
