As for those on the bottom, articles would either be redundant or whatever, but as we see Riku's Halloween Town Form has a page (cross it off the bottom), then why not include the other form changes, regardless of how small. Form articles (minus some on the top with numerous appearances) are generally short, anyways... This would mean an extension to the form template, too... I'm not begging for excess articles, here. I'm just trying to get to the bottom of something (note that this implies actual '''discussion''', not a one-reply "no" or "yes).
