The tenta claw is so weird... why does it even eat other heartless?

And until it is, I still need the power of darkness. — 00:10, January 13, 2010 (UTC) The Tentaclaws don't eat the heartless, the Leechgrave does, have you fought the tentaclaws in the Leechgave battle because the Tentaclaws have an additional attack, swallowing you and the Leechgrave spits you out. Also Tentaclaws are possibly not heartless as the are part of the Leechgrave, which is definitly a heartless.

Pureblood or Emblem?

LapisScarab - You accept darkness, yet choose to live in the light. So why is it that you loathe us who teeter on the edge of nothing? We who were turned away by both light and dark - never given a choice? TALK - That may be... however, what other choice might we have had? I'd say that since they're just extensions of a massive Emblem Heartless, they would qualify as Emblems. They're not even technically unique Heartless, but Days' enemy log lists them as seperate entities from the Leechgrave, hence the seperate page.

Or the Leechgrave is the tentaclaw leader and releases the hearts the tentaclaws have. If this is right then why do they die like shadows?

I can only assume it is because the Tentaclaws are just appendages of the Leechgrave; thus, they don't "die" when you kill them, you've just broken off an appendage. There was no Heart to lose. The Leechgrave is the actual Emblem Heartless.
