LevL Fear my mighty instruments! I keep trying to make talk bubbles with emotions, but for some reason it doesn't work. Can somebody please help me with this?

I need help, for some reason when I joined #Freenode , on the IRC I disconncted, I tried sgin back on to the KH IRC and it said this, Your reported IP [208.127.19.200] is banned: Spam is off topic on freenode. mail kline@freenode.net if in error (Banned) Disconnected from server: Connection to IRC server lost. I didn't even do anything, can someone please help?
