The Sky Ruler.
The Sky Ruler is a Heartless boss which appears in Neverland in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. It comes out of a treasure chest dug up by Hook and Smee. After it was defeated, it crushed Hook's ship and faded into the light.
It makes a resemblance to the Storm Rider in The Land of Dragons in Kingdom Hearts II.
