Tome of Judgment (裁きの書, Sabaki no Sho) is a form of Zexion's Lexicon in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. In Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, the Tome of Judgment is his only weapon.

• The Tome of Judgment is volume VI of a work titled Hallucination: Another Side. Another Side is the name of the music played during Kingdom Hearts Final Mix's secret scene, Deep Dive. Also, a hallucination is also known as an illusion, which is Zexion's element and VI is Zexion's rank within the Organization.
