I have a problem. I have gone through the worlds and beat Agrabah, I then went back to the Travlers town and went and got Bambi. I then went back to Agrabah and went both ways to the LV area. And no Monstro. I have flown both ways a few times and he will not appear. I don't know if I have forgotten to do something or what the whale's problem is.
