Mrs. Potts is a character from Beauty and the Beast and also Kingdom Hearts II.
In the first Kingdom Hearts game, her world was destroyed and Belle was captured, and Beast went on a journey to find her. It is believed that Lumiere and his friends disappeared when their world was attacked by the Heartless.
