This article is about the Heartless. You may be looking for one of Demyx's weapons. |
The Crescendo (ラウドネス Raudonesu , "Loudness" in the Japanese versions) is an enemy from Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts II. These Heartless can be both a pain and a gain. They have little strength, but can heal nearby Heartless with their sounds. Their sounds can also call in reinforcements! By using their Reaction Command, Heal Stomp, the Crescendo's healing sounds are directed towards Sora and friends instead!

Trivia
- In the original Chain of Memories, Crescendos only summon Soldiers. In the remake, Crescendos can summon other types of enemies (such as Darkballs) and play the same tune that they do in Kingdom Hearts II.
- Crescendos, along with very few other Heartless from Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, never appeared in the first Kingdom Hearts.
- In the Japanese version of Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, the Crescendo was given the name Loudness. Coincidentally, Loudness is the name of a Japanese rock band.
- The Crescendos are based off creatures that look almost identical from the original Alice in Wonderland Disney film.
