:Sometimes, she'll appear behind some rubble on either side of the ruins, and will toss Sora and his friends some orbs (HP, MP, Drive). So should your HP, MP or Drive Bar be low, go to a side and approch her. She'll shout Sora's name and toss in the orbs.
