The '''Volcanic Lord''' is a boss from ''[[Kingdom Hearts II]]''.

The corpulent [[Heartless]] known as the Volcanic Lord is one of the two Heartless that [[Pete|Pete]] summons to battle [[Sora]] in the palace gates of [[Agrabah]] but only the first time. It teams up with the [[Blizzard Lord]] and casts [[Fire]] magic, but is weak against ice. 

The Volcanic Lord is similar in appearance to a sultan, and levitates. 

It also shows up again in the [[Hades Paradox Cup]], with much more [[HP]].

The Volcanic Lord is virtually unaffected by fire magic, due to its relationship with that element.

==Strategy==
Before the fight, equip a lot of aerial abilities and the Hero's Crest Key Blade (the two spend the entire fight airborne). The Volcanic Lord teams up with the Blizzard Lord in this battle. Be careful of his large attacks, because they can do big damage; never cast Fire because it will almost do nothing to him. Thunder is quite effective and can take a considerable amount of health off him. One of his attacks has him bouncing around the arena, leaving burning (and damaging) patches of flame. Avoid these patches and get beneath him to use the reaction command to send him flying into the Blizzard Lord, stunning both. Try not too be to defensive, mainly go for the attacks. It does not really matter who you defeat first. Try to use as much blizzard magic as possible. When he takes a lot of damage, he will separate into many fiery globes. Defeat these quickly and focus instead on Blizzard Lord, as it will take awhile for him to form back together.
