I see you are "thinking about" whether or not I should be "allowed" to get my administrator rights back after they were wrongfully stripped from me in the first place (sorry, it's a touchy subject for me...), and that you are also...ENGAGED? Congrats! Last time I talked to you, I believe you were in some law school or something but still trying to do your singing...how did that go, by the way?

As far as my life, I am dating the girl of my dreams now, am attending college (which negatively impacts my ability to edit the Wiki, sadly...) to learn how to be a filmmaker, have been officially diagnosed with OCD (look it up), and am presently wrapped up in several "creative projects." That's my life since the last time we talked in a nutshell :P

Now that we're all caught up, I'd like to personally invite you to the IRC for a little chat. I know you said you'd prefer Skype calls, but I personally am not comfortable with sharing my Skype information with anyone I do not know personally (as in, away from the Wiki)...Hope we can work something out. I really hope we can revive our old friendship and go back to happily editing together :)

As for the adminship: at this moment, there's nothing stopping you from getting it. I'm not an admin myself and I'm thinking about it (kinda staying distant from it). You, on the other hand, are far more proactive in far more fields than I am. If you are keen for the adminship, feel free to take it -- I trust you'll make a great admin, although I should ask also that care be taken not to let this be a matter of vindictiveness.

Last we spoke, yes, I was in law school. I've graduated with a 2:1, and I went ahead to do the Legal Practice Course (to enable me to become a solicitor -- I'll explain the difference at some point), but I still fought with my music. I did well in that. As for what's going on now, it's a very long story, and I wish to speak about it with you in private, whenever we're both online.

I'll be glad to pick up from where we left. ^_- Not sure how often you're online, but I will honestly confess that I am erratic with my online times. And with much of my time being spent on Newgrounds with the 20th anniversary coming up in a few months.... aie, aie, aie. I'll do me best, at any rate. And if you'd like, I'll perhaps throw in a nice little piece of music or two, to kindle some magic.

*In regards to the adminship, thanks for the words of kindness. I already made admin once when this Wiki separated from Wikia, but alas, I always felt like I was only elected to fill a slot, rather than because I was being recognized for my skill as an editor and devotion to the Wiki. I edited when I could, but then, just because I didn't get along too well with some other staff members, thus I took an extended Wiki-break to cool down, my position was stripped from me for no real reason other than because the admins in charge at the time felt that this was the best course of action. I can live without being an admin, sure, especially now that I'm in college and there are more important things in my life, such as my girlfriend, but it is really annoying not to be able to revert vandalism, delete images/pages, etc. due to a lack of "powers" when I'm one of the only users online who is technically a staff member...we'll see what happens in February, I guess.
*Congrats on graduating; I'd be happy to speak with you in private at some point about whatever you wish to discuss. I'm usually online later in the evening, when my classes are done for the day (around 6:00 PM EST). 
*Sharing some music would be great! I usually check up on the Wiki pretty often, even if I don't log in. Now that school has started, the best way to get me online is to message me on my talk page. That way, one of two things will happen: upon logging in, I'll see that I have a new message inviting me to the IRC, or I'll get an e-mail that says my talk page has been changed, prompting me to take a look at the Wiki.
*Thanks again for your kind words. My relationship is hard right now because, as of last May, I have been diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder. Basically, this means my day is constantly filled with depression and anxiety caused by bad, inappropriate, unwanted thoughts, feelings, and urges that are irrational or out of my control. These thoughts target my relationship, my sexual orientation, my interests, everything precious to me or what I used to be confident in. I'm seeing doctors and such once a week and taking medication, but I find myself getting worse instead of better. I really love my girlfriend and don't want to lose her; she's really kind, caring, and understanding, but it's like I'm living a dream (a nightmare, mind you), meaning I can't participate in my life...it always feels like I'm just going through the motions because I can't get out of my head. It sucks. Big time. 
**As for school, it's not necessarily a film school, but it's a school that does have a film studies program. I have to take some boring film appreciation courses, but next year I'll be able to take classes that are more production-based, meaning I can practice screenwriting and maybe even animation or some movie-making :D My dream is to be the next Walt Disney, George Lucas, or Steven Spielberg...I basically want to share an original creative idea with the world, have it become a success, and get to a point where when I'm on my deathbed, I can say "Look at all this stuff I made." It'd be great to be able to buy a DVD at the store that said "Directed by Me" on it :P

I've never used Monobook TBH; I was previously on Vector and then I switched to Roundedblue. Both didn't give me trouble. Some of the images I find are already crisp to begin with, but some aren't -- and I don't know how good of a job PowerPoint is doing in sharpening the blur edges. Regardless, glad you like them. ^_^ The character and form ones, I'll do in good time -- I'd need to get my head off scenes and quotes etc., and concentrate on forms. It'll be done! The Drive Forms might have multiple templates in one as well, with one for each of Sora's Drive appearances in different worlds. We'll see.

Splitting pages would call for an insane amount of splits when it comes to a point that we just have ''a lot'' of templates per character. And this could potentially result in an infinite number of split pages, which will lead many people to ask, when will the page splitting end?

Using Template Display 1 could solve this problem, but it would be ''imperative'' that people go to the respective template pages to see every single box and choose for themselves. We could encourage people to visit the respective template pages, but normally, as a force of habit, we stick to the KHWiki:Userboxes space.

What is the Keyhole?

: I take it you're talking about the wiki version, and not the actual Keyholes featured in the Kingdom Hearts series, so I'll gladly explain how it came about.

: The Kingdom Hearts Wiki started off as one of many wikis hosted on a platform known as Wikia. Over the years, Wikia departed from its standard layouts and made many, MANY poor decisions, mainly disallowing the Monobook and Vector skins, and forcing a skin on everyone, forcing huge ads on everyone who read the pages (thus making the content pages actually smaller, padding them out in a sort of unprofessional manner). : I can name historical differences, but I doubt I can name new ones owing to my absence from the Keyhole. Kingdom Hearts Wiki needed a sense of semi-professionalism as I mentioned above with the skins, while the Keyhole was sort of remodelled into a fan site. And so its tagline for quite a while was "Ye Olde Kingdom Hearts Fansite". Right now, however, people tell me that the functions of the Kingdom Hearts Wiki and the Keyhole aren't too far removed from each other.

: That being said, the Keyhole has to cater to Wikia specifications. You have fixed template limits on pages, for example. (I guess the more technical among us can fully list out the differences.) On our own domain, the Kingdom Hearts Wiki is free to add as much or as little template space as we need, and we have made many new ways of displaying stats, character or weapon information etc., that we wouldn't have been able to do before. We've been breaking so many moulds ever since... at least with the way our pages are displayed. Look at our character pages, for instance. A lot of people do. As late as a few months ago Kingdom Hearts has been rated among the ''top ten'' fandoms on Tumblr by following and how vocal they are. There are just so many blogs dedicated to KH graphics, it's not even funny. On Newgrounds, where I'm currently more active, there is a sizeable Kingdom Hearts fandom. I don't doubt that it's still played to this day.

Do you think time travel will be important in ‘’Kingdom Hearts III’’?

I presume it will be. That little teaser with the Rock Titan for Kingdom Hearts III suggests that Sora is going back to the so-called era of the film, i.e. when the titans raged. If it's not an element important for Sora, it will be an element important for Xehanort.

Who do you think are the “Lost Masters”?

I don't know how to speculate on this, but I'll hazard a guess and say that the Lost Masters may be those who suffered similar fates to Terra, Ventus and Aqua in the Keyblade War. Or, those who outright lost their lives by going into battle. I cannot help but think it's going to be something along these lines. If we're talking about Terra, Ventus and Aqua: Aqua is ''technically'' a lost master, to take it literally, for having been lost to the Realm of Darkness for 13(?) years. I do not know if Terra and Ventus merit the title, but perhaps we could see something like this happening.

Is there anything left to contribute to the ‘’Kingdom Hearts’’ Wiki?

There is ''always'' something to contribute to the Kingdom Hearts Wiki. There are always missing descriptions, images, strategies, walkthrough videos, attack GIFs, userboxes, better templates to make... There are always passages in need of better grammar and presentation. There are always going to be vandals to deal with. And if Nomura's indication that the Kingdom Hearts series is not about to end with Kingdom Hearts III is true, then there is even more reason to contribute things to the wiki. New games may spring up, new merchandise, new manga, new soundtracks. There are always pieces of the Kingdom Hearts universe that need to be strung together, and everyone has a part to play.

I’m interested in the Keyhole? If I join, what can I do there?

I do not claim to know what the Keyhole does in recent times apart from editing its articles -- I'm more familiar with the database. But I think it doesn't hurt to ask the veterans there, just like anyone coming to KHW would ask any of us regulars.

Why did Tetsuya Nomura have to introduce time travel?

This is a concept I'm aiming to explain with my analysis of Xehanort as tempter. Xehanort, I tend to equate as the "Satan" of the Kingdom Hearts series, a being that seems infinitely powerful and insurmountable by mortals, but not invincible. Such an entity, if compared with a tempter or a Satan-like figure, would have to mimic the concept of being ''outside'' our perception of time, in the way angelic beings, and ultimately, God, would be perceived to be outside the flow of time. Time travel is not a perfect way of doing so, but it most certainly illustrates a being that seems to have a stranglehold even on time and the passage of fate, not just the destinies and the futures of select people. And in my understanding, the whole point of the conclusion of the Xehanort saga is to demonstrate that we have every hope of defeating Xehanort, and by extension, the tempter -- and that the drama involving Xehanort (and by extension the tempter) is of epic proportions. It is most certainly something to look forward to.

How does ‘’Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance’’ compare to other games?

I don't know, I haven't played it before. I do not own a 3DS. The little that I do know about it suggests that darkness can be overcome, which is demonstrated in Riku's story when he becomes a Master. I think it a fitting prelude to Kingdom Hearts III.

I've seen a few bits of Erry's playthrough of ''Dream Drop Distance'', and I quite like how it plays. It seems smooth and quick. I cannot help but think, though, that I would have to play it myself to judge just how well I can fight with such a battle system in place.

What do you think will become of ‘’Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Volume 2”? Is it going to happen, or do you think it’s been abandoned?

I cannot help but think that Birth by Sleep Volume 2 might be explored as part of Kingdom Hearts 3 (maybe as an introduction of equal length to that of Roxas' story in Kingdom Hearts II). If Sora's job is to save Ventus, Aqua, Terra, Roxas and Xion, ''and'' defeat Xehanort, there has to be some sort of transition in between where it all began, and where it would be when Sora reaches the age of 17. We don't know if Ventus really disappears... we don't know what becomes of Terra... and I think Volume 2 might serve to explain all this.

What worlds do you expect to see in ‘’Kingdom Hearts III’’?

Well, for a start, we know Twilight Town and Olympus Coliseum are going to be there, from the teaser footage. I sincerely hope to see the worlds of all the Princesses of Heart. With Xehanort aiming to recreate the X-blade and trying to make sure his plans don't fail, we can expect the Princesses of Heart to be in danger once again. Xehanort says he has many aces up his sleeve, and I do not doubt that the princesses have every reason to be afraid... except perhaps Kairi, because she will be able to defend herself.

I would like to see a world based on Pocahontas, and I would like to see the Worlds of Sleep from Dream Drop Distance restored to their former glory. I also hope that the world based on the Jungle Book may make a bit of a comeback -- this had been put into the coding of Birth by Sleep, and I would like to see it finished.

Why do you love Kingdom Hearts?

It is a story of human creation, humanity's descent into sin (darkness), hope for the future, and the struggle to overcome said darkness, put into a fantastical fairy tale with many implausibilities.
