| As for the talk template idea, I really do like the idea of making it a part of the talk bubble tutorial at least. I think since practically everyone copies someone else's box anyway to start their own template that having these ready made will give wiki beginners a good place to start until they feel comfortable making their own. If someone would like to make this a project, I again would be happy to help.
