To make changes for the Monaco custom theme, you go to your wiki's [[Mediawiki:Monaco.css]]. If you click the link, you can check out our coding for the Monaco theme. 

To change the menu on the left, the Sidebar, go to the wiki's [[MediaWiki:Monaco-sidebar]]. You can refer to that and check which links you'd like to have.

-AFAIK, the host, which is Wikia, will not allow articles and images to be deleted. As for what is happening to this wiki, it will have a sharp decline on activity as users move to a new host. When that happens, those who will stay will convert the wiki hosted by Wikia into some sort of wiki fansite.
