I do think that 25 recorded deaths is a bit excessive (please note that I tend to understate things - when I say a bit excessive, I mean entirely unacceptable), and I strongly question the intent of any government that would institute such a programme (though I am coming to dislike my government more - our president has recently ordered the reopening of controversial military trials that he had formerly pledged to end).

In short, I am not feeling especially patriotic at the moment (I rather wish that I were British circa 100-200 years ago).}}

Remember, if all else fails, spam Holy (it works in RE: Chain or Memories, at least, and will kill nearly anything as it strikes four times).

I remember reading something on your userpage about your awaiting the release of the English version of RE: Chain of Memories sometime soon, and I found it quite a delightful improvement on the original.  Although a new sleight called 'Lethal Frame' was mistranslated as 'Lethal Flame', which is rather funny as it is made from time magic, not fire magic, though the exact combination I shall leave for you to discover, I found that the sleights were quite a bit more fun to use as they actually did more damage than a series of regular attacks.  My favourite Final Fantasy spell Holy finally takes its place as one of the strongest spells Sora can cast in this game, though I wish that he could cast Aeroga, Flare, Holy, Ultima, Quake and Flood in KH and KHII.

Enough of my rambling on about magic...it is probably growing quite tiresome.}}
