::Oh, all right. Thank you. I'm sure as BebopKate works on her administration guide, she can do one for moderators, as well. I'll ask her about that. No other moderator has mentioned being able to do this (my user rights only say "rollback" if you're curious), but when I look at a page's history, I see (undo|block) [rollback]. I asked Azul about this, and when he said to try blocking him, it wouldn't work. I haven't tried going to an IP's contribution list and then blocking from there like I've done as an admin on other Wikis, but I do get the option to block an IP in the edit history of a page. - | ::Oh, all right.
