Editing Template talk:Welcome

Just a general note: Welcome templates are generally substituted so they don't have to re-cache when updated (if used on a couple thousand of accounts this could be a problem), and so that it's less obvious that a template was used (more personal), and finally so archived welcome messages are as they were originally given. ==Small Problem==
Recently, whenever I used this template it wouldn't show my user name where it's supposed to. Y'know at the very bottom of the template.
