Wouldn't it be a better idea for the template to link to the existing talk page as opposed to a nonexistent one? For example, the Lingering Sentiment. Instead of having a red link to [[Talk:Lingering Will]], it would make mre sense to link to [[Talk:Lingering Sentiment]].
