If you can back it up- Hollow Bastion and Midgar are similar, but keep in mind that Kingdom hearts was designed to have a different style, but still retain somethings. I doubt that one of the main KH original worlds would be built after a FF one, and gardens are just a good,
beautiful bit of scenery. I have a few in my book. Tetsuya may also be having an idea similar to J.R.R Tolkien's that to much industrialism is bad, and that 's one of the things that ruined Radiant Garden's appearance.Oh,how the sea calls 06:13, July 30, 2010 (UTC)

Final Fantasy VIII?
So a number of you have probably already noticed this, but the name Radiant Garden seems to hint at a connection to the Gardens from FFVIII (Balamb, etc.). One of the pictures (the birth by sleep one) in particular looks like the flying Gardens from FFVIII. Any word on this and if it's more than just speculation? Considering the connection between the two games and the fact that Squall/Leon is from there, I feel like it was intentional. It'd be nice to confirm though.  jse334
I find it funny that eight members of Org. XIII came from Radiant Garden (excluding Sora's Heartless/Nobody creation), and then there's the connection people make between RG and FFVIII. Seems like 8 is a very important number here. Of course, whether or not they intentionally used the number eight for a connection to FFVIII is beyond me. == New Images? ==

:Is it at all possible for you to turn off the English patch before taking the pictures?<small>Glorious</small> <small>CHAOS!</small> 14:59, May 27, 2010 (UTC)

Curious Design
KHII world image
Is it really the exact same as the Hollow Bastion image? If so, we need to rename :File:Hollow Bastion KHII.png to "Radiant Garden KHII.png"<small>Glorious</small> <small>CHAOS!</small> 05:43, June 10, 2010 (UTC)

Which Heartless still appear in this world after it becomes Radiant Garden?<small>Glorious</small> <small>CHAOS!</small> 15:10, June 11, 2010 (UTC)
Non-dark enemies
Claymore (during Space Paranoids episodes)
Something like Claymore also appears in ReCoM at Castle Oblivion.
Of course, by its nature, it could be considered a trap like the guillotine in Halloween Town, since you can't destroy it. It might just be mentioned in the area descriptions for both worlds (since it is permanent).
Also, Honey Bee shows up as a full-fledged enemy at Twilight Town and 100 Acre Wood. Have we ever gotten a render of the bees? Can anyone extract one?<small>Glorious</small> <small>CHAOS!</small> 03:56, June 17, 2010 (UTC)
Surroundings
Is that water that surrounds the Radiant Garden logo in the BBS image?Oh,how the sea calls 15:29, July 30, 2010 (UTC)

Yea that's wrong to me since Merlin is now living in Radiant Garden, and he's a Disney character}}

Dark Depths
<blockquote>In Kingdom Hearts II, the Dark Depths area of Hollow Bastion becomes the name of an area in Radiant Garden which contains a large cliff overlooking the remains of Maleficent's old castle. The Dark Depths can be reached if one proceeds through the Great Maw, and it is also where the player has the option to face Sephiroth in a boss battle. When Cloud faces Sephiroth, their battle also takes place in this area.</blockquote>
A Small Error
The mention of Terra-Xehanort trying to 'release his darkness by throwing himself into the dark realm' (or whatever the exact line was) conflicts with other explanations of that scene on this site. If I'm not mistaken, Terra-Xehanort attempted to lock Terra's influence out of his heart, but failed when he locked his own (Master Xehanort's) influence as well.24.215.77.122 18:33, December 19, 2010 (UTC)Xabrin

Japanese Name
RG has its Japanese name: . Should we add it to somewhere? Or is it just a translation of the worlds name? 19:19, 21 March 2014 (UTC)

:Here. The Kanji name appears after the Katakana name. 14:22, 22 March 2014 (UTC)
::However it's pronounced in-game should take precedence. The kanji is probably just there to provide the intended meaning to those who wouldn't understand otherwise (furigana, or at least the game's attempt at it). The novels do this at times as well. ::Even then, it's the official just-there-to-provide-the-meaning of the world's name. Maybe we should add it in the infobox under the Katakana name? 17:32, 23 March 2014 (UTC)
After watching the cutscene in Japanese, I conclude that it's just Aerith translating "Radiant Garden" into Japanese after she says it in English. I'm not sure about putting it in the article, but I'd say definitely not in the infobox.  -- 19:48, 23 March 2014 (UTC)
