| This is based on little more than original research, but I have come to a final conclusion that Slightly and Cubby are voiced by [[wikipedia:Mason Vale Cotton|Mason Vale Cotton]] and [[wikipedia:Wally Wingert|Wally Wingert]], respectively. Because Slightly is voiced by a pre-pubescent male, Cotton would be the clearest choice judging from the fact that he is the only pre-pubescent male credited as a Disney voice actor. Secondly, I came to the choice of Wingert as Cubby through familiarity with his voice and using the process of elimination with the cast of actors credited in Terra's ending credits, which was easiest to do considering Terra has the shortest cast list. Of course, it would probably be best if an official announcement is made, or if the actors themselves confirm it, even though these actions aren't frequently done.
