Hey there!  I wrote to Tokyopop, and received this response as to the future translation and U.S. publication of the series:

Hi Jermanie,
 
We love Kingdom Hearts as much as you do, but the reason that we haven’t been publishing new books is that we no longer have the license. Furthermore, Square Enix and Disney have not told us their plans for the series. It’s possible that Yen Press will publish it, but your guess is as good as mine.
 
For all the fans out there, we, too, hope someone publishes it soon! But it will not be TOKYOPOP.

I have a strong feeling that "cover" is not the real thing. I don't even see GanGan anywhere on it and that's the publishing company for the Japanese mangas. It seems to me that there was only companies in UK and Germany besides U.S. WP first paragraph says "Tokyopop's defunct US publishing division previously published works in English and Japanese." -- I have no idea how to find the works that are Tokyopop published and Japanese. I could probably email and ask. Reason for this question asked: I found some Japanese titles from the YenPress (pretty sure because inside cover font matches outside font for YP) and the second volume was Gangan Comics, but the chapter titles were edited to be in English.
