| So is the Keyblade Graveyard an actual world or just an area, because the actual graveyard part is only in one part, I think? Other than that I think it's all a baron wasteland. | Isn't Ventus's homeworld Keyblade Graveyard? I mean his awakeing's back ground is the Keyblade Graveyard. Beside Ventus just met Terra, and Aqua after Master Xehanort created Vanitas. So Land of Departure isn't Ventus's homeworld but the Keyblade Graveyard. I mean look at Ventus's Awakening it even shows the grave yard. --Cococrash11 06:14, January 24, 2010 (UTC)Cococrash11 | | Isn't Ventus's homeworld Keyblade Graveyard? | {{DTN|time=13:28, April 7, 2010 (UTC)|text=In the case of characters like Flora, Fauna, and Merrywheather, I would identify them as a characters on their home world Enchanted Dominion and Mysterious Tower, since they appear in each one in for the duration of at least one full game. They may have been there longer than just during Kingdom Hearts II, but we cannot assume that they randomly popped in just a short amount of time before Sora did at Yen Sid's Tower.

| == Keyblade Graveyard Logo/Trivia ==
| |
|
| |
| I was going to add an extra section to the Trivia for this, but I was unsure, so I thought I'd just point it out and be sure.
| |
|
| |
| I'm not sure if anyone else noticed this, but on the underside of Keyblade Graveyard's logo (I'm not sure if it can be seen in-game, but I noticed it on the logo on the Article), I managed to spot Oathkeeper, Oblivion, Fenrir, Follow The Wind and what appears to be the teeth of Lionheart/Sleeping Lion. I'm not sure if it counts as Trivia, but I'd be more than happy to add it to the Trivia if it is relevant.

|

|

| {{AxelLivesOn|time=22:01, October 11, 2010 (UTC)|scary= I have recently talked to some Cast Members at the Disneyland Resort about Hidden Mickeys. Almost 1/4th of them actually look this way in real life. If it has three circles and two are slightly larger than the others, than it is considered a Mickey; hidden or not. Take this picture in the Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple of the Forbidden Eye for example...

| If not, look closely near his mouth...

| The oval depression in his mouth and the rounds of his nostrils is considered a "Hidden" mickey. (there are tons more.

| So, will we never know the true name of the area where the final battle takes place? Ya know, the one called "???" before you enter it? Should we just refer to it as "The Gathering Place" or "The Crossroads", since that's what people called the world when they first saw the secret movie of KH2? Key of Destiny 22:23, October 29, 2010 (UTC)

|
| |
| That's not how it works here. We don't just make up names and say they're official. Technically the area has no official name (unless the guide calls it something other than ???).22:26, October 29, 2010 (UTC)

|
| |
| Actually, no it is known as "Keyblade Graveyard" if you spawn to that map. The Keyblades are actually images, not part of the area. So it's just a land mass with a far away edge that moves along with you, like inside the Magic Mirror. 00:44, December 2, 2010 (UTC)

| == Twister Trench ==
| |
|
| |
| Is it possible to evade the cyclones, or you just have to go through them? And there is this bit "It leads into the Twister Trench, where Vanitas's raging emotions have manifested as literal storms of Unversed" comes from? Last question, what is the name of the area, where you first fight with Vanitas in Ventus's storyline? My signature is NOT short! 20:37, 2 September 2011 (UTC)
| |
|
| |
| It is possible, you need all types of transport on max level though. With Ventus it is better to use Superglide, with Terra Air Slide+Sonic Impact and with Aqua Air Slide+Cartwheel. As for the quote, I've no idea. The name of the area with the first fight between Ventus and Vanitas is set in "Badlands". 20:52, 2 September 2011 (UTC)
| |
|
| |
| Is it called like that in the game files? And what about locations where you fight with Ventus-Vanitas and with MX? Also, that quote still troubles me. I mean I'm itchy to delete it, but how else could I explain that those little storms have Unversed in them? My signature is NOT short! 16:30, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
| |
|
| |
| :It is called that in the game files, although you can't see it until the Vanitas Remnant battle becomes available, since it takes place in the same location. While I'm not sure, I think the locations where you fight Ventus-Vanitas and MX are just called "the Keyblade Graveyard". And you don't really need to explain why those storms are there, just that they are there. -- 16:41, 4 September 2011 (UTC)

|
| |
| I guess you're right. Don't know why I suddenly became all indecisive. Anyways, added. My signature is NOT short! 17:07, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
| |
| :Why did we remove the bit about the twisters? That's literally what they are, we know how Unversed are created. It sounds dinkier this way, I think.
| |
| :Also, we still need to know what the name of the "within the twister" area is. 20:08, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
| |
|
| |
| The previous description sounded like Vanitas made some kind of (sub)conscious effort to create specifically storms of Unversed, while we don't know that for sure. They could be self-organized for all we know. Besides, I still don't get the exact nature of those storms - before I read the article, I thought it was some kind of teleport to another dimension, like those orbs at the End of the World. My signature is NOT short! 14:29, 5 September 2011 (UTC)
| |
| :The Unversed are not self-organized, and he did make a conscious effort to create them. Vanitas and Nomura explicitly explain that all Unversed are his conscious creations, manifestations of his negative emotions.
| |
| :We still need that note about getting the name of the "inside the tornado" rooms. 06:47, 7 September 2011 (UTC)
| |
|
| |
| I remember that quote, and I wasn't arguing with that. I'm not that stupid to argue with canon. :) What I meant was we don't know if Vanitas gathered them together to form storms. The storms could be self-organized; the quote doesn't state that he directly controls every movement of an Unversed. I personally think it is mighty uncomfortable. Although, considering that Vanitas is hardly human, he just might pull it off.
| |
|
| |
| Also, as I said, those storms could be of a completely different nature. Something like those orbs, really. *Sigh* Exact name of the location might really help here. My signature is NOT short! 19:49, 7 September 2011 (UTC)

| |
| :I removed it, as far as I know there is no source that talks about the realm status of the Keyblade Graveyard. 15:42, 11 October 2014 (UTC)
| |
| :I mean, I think the fact that it's described as "beyond both light and dark" would seem to make it fairly clear. Unnoun (talk) 15:12, 27 December 2014 (UTC)

|
| |
| "Beyond both light and dark he dwells; where war was waged upon the fells" -The Magic Mirror, when asked by Terra where Xehanort is.
| |
|
| |
| When Terra finds Xehanort, he's at the Keyblade Graveyard. Which is indeed where a war was waged, upon the fells or otherwise. Since Xehanort's location is described as beyond light and dark as well, and Xehanort's location is the Keyblade Graveyard, that means the Keyblade Graveyard is "beyond both light and dark".
