Those pictures aren't, to anyone's knowledge, the same spot, those two locations look the same to symbolize the paths the characters can take, the path of Light, the path of Darkness, the path of In Between, and (most likely) the path of Nothingness. No it isn't. 'Sunset Horrizons' is the name of the song that is playing in the background and it is the last track of the KHII OST. The name of this location has yet be revealed, unless it has been stated in an interview?

Subsequent hacking and room mods in Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix via Action Replay have shown that this area/world is called "The Gathering Place."  Whether this is the official/final name is not known, but this ought to be changed to be represented as closely as possible, instead of using baseless, and groundless speculative "fan"-names."
