for example, we have [[Jack Sparrow]], not Captain Jack Sparrow, although he prefers to be called that in the movie! We do have a redirect from [[Captain Jack Sparrow]] to his article though, and I believe that the same thing should be done here.

Ill have to agree, if so far there is little or no translation for the "captain" in Captian Gantu then it should stay Gantu until we have a translation where it says so. Besides it isnt a major problem as Xoggie pointed out with Captain Jack Sparrow if were going by that logic then all the Unamed Pirates should be given the names they had in the film.
