Clarification[edit]
"The Keyblade that Roxas used and the thing that Sora once lost in Castle Oblivion are the same thing. Furthermore, these two both used the Keyblade at the same time. This is can be explained by the relationship between Roxas and Sora. Thus, that both can wield two Keyblades in fact has an important meaning. This is also related to Xehanort's memories, but this point can't be touched on just yet. "
Days will clarify this further, but does this mean that the Keyblade transferred from Sora to Roxas when Sora entered Castle Oblivion, and Sora was using a manifested memory at that time, instead of the real thing?Glorious CHAOS! 15:39, September 8, 2009 (UTC)
"Period of Riku's absence"[edit]
Can someone clarify for me whether or not this is the time explained during Days or not? I believe it is, but I would like to know for sure --Lordofmonsterisland

Japanese original[edit]
The original text can be found here, which could be important for still untranslated terms. --ShardofTruth (talk) 21:10, 10 July 2012 (UTC)
Goldpanner's Translations[edit]
I saw Kryten using Goldpanner's translations for the report on the Keyblade's and Keyblade of heart's articles. For confirmation's sake, will it be all right to use her translations of the report than the we have now? Goldpanner's translations are superior.--NinjaSheik 19:55, 20 June 2015 (UTC)
- Goldpanner kept really close to the translated terms used for the English translations of the series so far, something that TheWertle (whose translation we use here currently) never did. So yes, using her translation is prefered, although we shouldn't post it on this page without asking her first. By the way, I always found this page here a bit odd since we generally only link to interviews but don't host them ourselves. Granted, this one is still one of the most important ones ever released. --ShardofTruth 12:12, 21 June 2015 (UTC)
- I think he still has his LJ. I haven't been to it in forever, but I can pop by and get his permission. But do we really need it? Aren't we still affiliated with the KHInsider, who is also a member there? This interview is found over there. It's just a simple matter or copying and pasting the translations on the article.
EDIT: I left him a PM via LJ. Hopefully, I can get a reply tomorrow. Still, if Kryten already used her trans, then it still should be okay as long as we credit him, right?--NinjaSheik 19:53, 21 June 2015 (UTC)
- Of course it's okay, asking for her permission is still the right thing to do since she work really long on this translation. --ShardofTruth 13:29, 22 June 2015 (UTC)
- True, true. It seems he sent a messenger to my talk page. He wants to discuss it over email.--NinjaSheik 16:59, 22 June 2015 (UTC)
- I got a reply from him! :D He say we can totally use it, as long as we credit him, of course!--NinjaSheik 04:20, 23 June 2015 (UTC)
- It might be a good idea to correct your pronouns there, just to be polite to goldpanner."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 04:44, 23 June 2015 (UTC)
- Oops! XD I didn't notice that. I seriously always thought he was a she, so I'm still trying to get used to it. Thanks for telling me that; it's fixed now. Since we have to credit his trans, should be hide it like you did or make a ref? I know we have a policy of not using fan translated material as ref, but it is a Japanese interview, and I want to be fair to Goldpanner.--NinjaSheik 18:55, 23 June 2015 (UTC)

I'm a little late, but I think we should have his name visible somewhere on the page. If we're hiding it, we're not really giving credit. As for the policy of not using fan sites as source, we should either make an exception here, or just delete the article, because everything comes directly from a fan site. I asked for suggestions, but no one replied. Thing is, while it's important interview, why do we have it? It's the only interview we have, which is why it makes the situation tricky. We already used the interview for several references, and much like how Kryten did on the Keyblade of heart's article, we credit Goldpanner via the ref. That would make things much simpler.--NinjaSheik 18:35, 4 July 2015 (UTC)
- Is that good? And to follow up, should we create a new namespace for important, non-production transcriptions like this?"We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 23:32, 4 July 2015 (UTC)
There's currently a proposal going on for the Keyhole's purpose that aims to be the best KH encyclopaedia from an out-of-universe perspective. Part of that could include handling interviews, translations etc. If that scheme goes ahead, we could use the translation and link to the Keyhole instead, making it easier for us. I don't think a new namespace is necessary to be honest, especially since this sort of stuff doesn't really suit the norm this wiki's content. However, the template works well for the time being. - That definitely works for me."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 18:11, 5 July 2015 (UTC)
