-It may be a "joke weapon", but it's the one that's based off of the wielder's personality. Hence the description. All of the personality-based weapons correspond with the wielder. That's why I mentioned this weapon makes me feel like Saix has a soft spot, and oh, he shows signs of it in-game. Extremely subtle, but once you figure to look for it, it'll become obvious where he falters.
