I know that in Birth by Sleep any of the three playable characters can battle Young Xehanort, as is mentioned of the page, however canonically it doesn't really make sense for Aqua or Ventus to have fought him, as Aqua doesn't arrive back at the Land of Departure until the very end, when she changed the world to Castle Oblivion, and Ventus doesn't return until his confrontation with Eraqus, after which Terra tosses him into Destiny Islands - which he canonically leaves from to go to the Keyblade Graveyard. Thus, the only one who could possibly canonically fight Young Xehanort is Terra. How is this sort of canon vs. additional final mix gameplay usually handled here?
