These critters appeared in my first save file (and I personally don't know what attacks they were using), but I replayed the CoR in my second save file and there was nothing. This is weird. | Rabies induces manic behaviour, and one main symptom of it is that it causes animals infected by it ''to become docile''. So if you see, say, a friendly jackal or other sort of wild dog, run far away. The mistake would be to pet it, of course.
