| I do have a theory of my own. If Alice really was seven in Kingdom Hearts, then it might implies that there were other Princesses of Heart before the ones we know. But that's just my theory. | | I do have a theory of my own. If Alice really was seven in Kingdom Hearts, then it might implies that there were other Princesses of Heart before the ones we know. | I don't think Wendy has anything to do with the Princesses of Heart, as stated in the game, Hook isn't very bright. But i believe the mistake was made because maybe Wendy's heart either doesn't have darkness, or doesn't have alot. Yet again, who knows?--PrincessAndie8thprincessofheart 14:49, 2 May 2009 (UTC)

|

|

| Maybe there was no reason to provide protection. Remember in the first "Kingdom Hearts"? They were only captured by Maleficent because they wanted to use their hearts to open the door to darkness. In "Kingdom Hearts II", Xemnas wanted to create a new pathway to Kingdom Hearts, not open it through the original ways. Plus there's already too much light running around Hollow Bastion by the time Sora and the others woke up from their one-year slumber.

| I got something to say. It's more of a pet peeve then anything related to what your talking about right know. WHY IS SHE CONSIDERED TO NOT BE A PRINCESS IN THE ARTICLE! If any of you remember from the end of the movie, she walks away with her nanny towards a GIENT CASTLE!!! I can understand if you didn't see it right away, it is colored almost the same as the sky, but watch it again and look at the background. You will see that there is a very large castle there. Also, did anyone actauly read the book, if not I am going to add the REAL Origin. Not the Disney movie one, the one form the book. If anyone has any objections on that, tell me now or forver hold your peace.

| No, don't add her oriign from the book. The book may have come first, but this isn't about the original Alice. It's about the Alice form Disney's version. 24.165.55.239 04:08, October 9, 2009 (UTC)

| == World ==
| |
| | |
| I'd have to check a quote to be sure, but I'm fairly confident that Alice is stated to not be from Wonderland. Neverland, I feel, is a special case in that London is explicitly depicted as part of the world. However, a lot of these others are more in line with what we see with Beast, Sora, or Riku -- one way or another, they got pulled from their world into another, without using the Lanes Between as normally done. Honestly, Neverland seems to be the exception to the rule here, as we see it flying through the Lanes Between as a ship, but then it apparently immediately lands at Neverland world (which includes the sea, islands, and London). 19:56, 9 January 2015 (UTC)

| You're right, more or less. Here's the quotes in question, when you first meet Alice.
| |
| | |
| Sora: That’s crazy! So, where are you from?
| |
| | |
| Alice: Hmm, curious. I can’t quite remember. You see, I found this
| |
| mysterious rabbit hole. When I tried to peek inside, I tumbled in head
| |
| over heels... And I found myself here.
| |
| | |
| Sora: So you’re from another world!
| |
| | |
| Goofy: That’s funny. Maybe you don’t need a ship, then.
| |
| | |
| Aside from establishing that Alice is another world hopper (which would explain why it took a while for them to find her, what with them probably searching for her back in London or wherever) it also hints at the later reveal of the Corridors of Darkness that Maleficent and her crew are using to go from world to world.

| Fact of the matter is, Disney movies are full of "other worlds" like this, such as Nightmare Before Christmas, Alice in Wonderland, and Peter Pan. Well, that last one is tricky. In-game, London hosts Neverland's keyhole, which would suggest they're in the same world. That fits the book. "Second star to the left and straight on 'till morning" is actually nautical navigation to get to Neverland, an island hidden on Earth, making it the same world. However, every interpretation of that line afterwards treats it as a description of the exact place in the sky where Neverland (treated as a world instead) can be found. A storyboard for a deleted scene for Disney's Peter Pan even shows Wendy's return home as them flying on Hook's ship through space, collecting star dust and such along the way. I think had Nomura had the time, he'd have stuck two keyholes in that overalll "world", one for Neverland as well, but it doesn't work too well to put it on Hook's ship and he didn't want to spend time making land sections of Neverland, so it probably just never happened. My head cannon is that Mickey sealed that missed keyhole from the "other side", just like he did with the door to Kingdom Hearts at the end of the game, but that's just my fan theory, so officially Neverland/London are just "one world" so it's best to go with the book interpretation. | :I think Alice isn't a "world hopper", but Wonderland and wherever Alice lives are in the same world, like how you can travel between Halloween Town and Christmas Town by going through a tree. For Neverland, I think the Clock Tower is part of the same world, although it isn't necessarily part of Earth. There are many locations based on Earth and if they all take place on Earth, you would have to be able to travel between them without going through space. Therefore, I think locations like Neverland's London are some sort of alternate universe duplicate of the real London. 13:00, 6 December 2015 (UTC)

| ::There's the fairy tale, though, that the world was one until it was conquered by darkness, and then separate fragments were resurrected from the imaginations of children. That always seemed to be a thinly veiled "Earth was destroyed, then partially resurrected via rose-tinted memories of Disney movies and Final Fantasy games." 15:36, 7 December 2015 (UTC)

| :::Is worth notice that in Union X, when the Darkness talk about the Princess of Hearts, they say each world of the Seven Princess was avaible for wielders to visit, except for one (Radiant Garden). This imply Alice is actually from Wonderland.--93.41.33.204 12:12, 8 October 2022 (UTC)
