"Mickey's new Star Key" is just the Kingdom Key D gone through a χ[chi]-style upgrade. Munny to Magitek says it gets a designator at most. Anyways, if the death-and-preparation route didn't give us anything, I guess it falls to data mining as far as English names go, unless "never been released outside of Japan" on the Ultimania page does not mean "exclusively written in Japanese".
