There is probably a connection between these travel methods, it just wasn't explained yet. Also there is the case of Betwixt and Between. It's seen both when Kairi leaves Destiny Islands and when Sora enters the corridor in the basement of the Old Mansion. Are these the "lanes" the Corridors of Darkness use?
