Terra spies on the Queen in her mirror chamber, as she consults the [[Magic Mirror]], who describes Snow White's great beauty and heart of pure light. The Queen notices Terra's presence, and she agrees to let him ask the Mirror about the whereabouts of [[Master Xehanort]] in exchange for him killing Snow White and bringing back her heart. When Terra returns empty-handed, she commands the Spirit of the Magic Mirror to attack Terra, and when it refuses, she smashes a potion into it, transforming it into an Unversed. After Terra defeats the Spirit, the Queen reluctantly orders the mirror to give Terra the answers he seeks. Once the mirror complies, Terra tersely thanks her and leaves her to her plans.
In Terra's scenario, the Queen learns Snow White is fairer than her and that her heart is pure light. Upon noticing Terra has been spying on her, the Queen is asked if she has met Master Xehanort, but sends Terra away. However, she stops him and offers a deal: bring Snow White's heart to her, and she will ask the Magic Mirror where Master Xehanort is in return. Terra purposely fails in this endeavor, causing her darkness to grow in her anger. She commands the mirror to attack Terra, and when it refuses she smashes a potion into it. This transforms it into an Unversed that attacks Terra, but he wins the battle. The Queen commands the mirror to give Terra he answers he seeks. Once the mirror complies, the Queen is thanked for her help and he leaves. She then begins plotting how to kill Snow White once Terra leaves.

After Ventus defeats the [[Mad Treant]], he arrives at the Flower Glade looking for Terra; however, all he sees is the Queen in her disguise as an old crone. He returns to her a red apple that falls out of her basket and asks her about Terra when she recognizes the Keyblade. She tells Ven that Terra threatened her for information about Master Xehanort, and walks off into the woods, leaving Ven confused and worried.
In Ventus's scenario, she appears under the disguise of an old hag and prepares to carry the poisoned apple to Snow White, but drops it on her way. Ventus, unaware of her motives, politely gives the apple back. Recognising Ven's Keyblade, the Queen twists the truth about her encounter with Terra, saying that he threatened her for information about Master Xehanort. This leaves Ven questioning his friend's heart.

Some time after Ven leaves the Dwarf Woodlands, the Queen succeeds in tricking Snow White into eating a poisoned apple. When Aqua later arrives at the Cottage Clearing, the Seven Dwarfs tell her they drove the Queen off after discovering what she had done. The Spirit of the Magic Mirror, upon its defeat, declares its service to be finished, now that the Queen is gone, and it disappears.
Some time between Ventus and Aqua's scenarios, the Queen succeeds in having Snow White eat the poisoned apple. She is then only briefly mentioned in Aqua's storyline by the Seven Dwarfs, who tell Aqua they chased away the Queen following her foul deeds. The Magic Mirror later tells Aqua that the Queen is dead and he is no longer under her control.
