The Jungle King is a completely original thing that SE made, and EWB has no claim on it. It's ludicrous to claim that they could have been sued "£100 Billion" for putting it in Re:coded. | |||
#As I understand it, SE would still be perfectly able to reference that Sora went to "Deep Jungle", and use broad strokes to summarize what happened there. They just can't depict the actual scenes (as they would be based on copyrighted work) or use EWB-Tarzan-based names. So, there's nothing forbidding it from ever being mentioned again. | |||

Even the Mirage Arena battles are canon -- Nomura's misinterpreted line actually means that he designed the two Master bosses as Replica Data in order to avoid them causing a plot hole.
