Deep Freeze (フリーズ Furīzu, lit. "Freeze") is a technique in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It allows the user to freeze surrounding enemies in a block of ice. If frozen enemies are struck, extra damage is dealt.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Deep Freeze is an Ultimate Magic Command that takes up two slots in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 5, a normal reload time of 20 seconds, and fills the Command Gauge by 35%.
Learning Deep Freeze
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
- Terra, Ventus, and Aqua can create Deep Freeze through Command Melding.
- Terra, Ventus, and Aqua can purchase Deep Freeze from the Command Shop for 2200 munny once the command has already been obtained elsewhere.
- Aqua can obtain Deep Freeze through her Crown Stickers for 80 points.
Recipes
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
Deep Freeze is a Ultimate-class Magic Command that can be melded through three different recipes, listed in the Giga Magic Recipe.
- The first recipe can be melded by Terra, Ventus, or Aqua and is a type G recipe.
- Binding Strike (LV3) + Blizzaga (LV4)
- The second recipe can be melded by Terra, Ventus, or Aqua and is a type H recipe.
- Freeze Raid (LV4) + Blizzaga (LV4)
- The third recipe can only be melded by Aqua, and is a type F recipe.
- Triple Blizzaga (LV4) + Blizzaga (LV4)
