Instead of the staff here choosing, we could have the Operators and Admins on the Channel choose who could be the new op instead. It makes more sense to have them choose since: 1) They've been around for a longer period of time than the staff here and 2) They have a better understanding of who is more "appropriate" for the job than others. | |||
