The Identity Disc is the weapon of choice of Tron. An Identity Disc resembles a Frisbee, and operates like one, as well. The colour of a disk varies. It depends on who uses it. If a User serving program uses an Identity Disc, the disk will be blue. Otherwise it will be a dark violet.

Trivia
- The Identity Disc is also the weapon of Sark, though his is colored red and orange to match his appearance.
- In the Disney film, Tron, the Identity Disc is used in the games as a means of protection and weaponry.
- The keychain of the Photon Debugger found in Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts: Re:Chain of Memories is a minuscule version of a blue Identity Disc.
