Its effect is MP Haste, and it has 7 strength, 0 magic. There is a cheat to get it, because it has great power, it might be a good Idea to transform to Valor form to obtain the shield.
An improved version, Akashic Record+ is available in Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix+, and, similar to the original, is dropped by Rune Masters only 1% of the time.
